What is a Session Like?
Sessions last 60 minutes and should take place in a private location, away from people, pets and other distractions. Sessions are confidential and provide the client a safe space to process, develop new insights, create new visions and explore. In order for clients to become empowered, each session is an opportunity for clients to truly dig deep, design and define the steps necessary to follow through in order to fulfill their vision. For this reason, I do not give advice to clients in session.
How Do I Best Prepare for a Session?
I am happy to send you pre-session and post-session questions to assist in getting the most out of your session. The questions are there as a guide to help organize thoughts and may not specifically be addressed in session. Clients will create action steps at the end of each session for accountability. The goal is for the client to have clear steps to move towards their desired goals.
Where Do We Meet?
All sessions are currently taking place over Zoom. I am available for sessions Tuesday - Thursday from 11:00am-6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. You will be able to choose your session times on my calendar.

During the work week I will get back to you within 24-48 hours. All communication is done via email, so feel free to email me.
What Is coaching?
While emotional issues may arise, the primary focus of life coaching is to help you identify your goals, achieve them, and develop constructive habits and skills. There is little emphasis placed on the past with coaching, but instead the focus is on creating what you want now and in the future.
How Long Do You Work With Clients?
Coaching packages have a three month minimum commitment, but can range from three to twelve months based on the desired goals of the client.
